Our Values

At Callaway Energy, our values are more than just words — they’re the principles that shape how we work, where we invest, and who we partner with. They guide every decision we make, from project siting to community outreach, from the first landowner conversation to final decommissioning.

Our Team

Our Team

Dark-Background

Integrity First

We believe trust is earned, not assumed. That’s why we communicate often with stakeholders , honor our commitments, and take responsibility for our work — even when no one’s watching. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical and professional standards in everything we do.

Community Over Convenience

We don’t just show up — we show up prepared, informed, and ready to listen. We meet people where they are and prioritize long-term community benefit over short-term wins. Our projects succeed because we build them with, not for, the people who live closest to them.

Partnership is Our Practice

Every project is a collaboration. Whether we’re working with landowners, local officials, utility partners, or investors, we focus on shared goals and mutual respect. We believe that strong partnerships create resilient energy systems and stronger communities.

Stewardship of Land and Legacy

We treat land with the care it deserves — and we never forget who calls it home. From regenerative land use practices to thoughtful decommissioning, we make sure our projects leave lasting value without lasting harm.

Progress With Purpose

We’re not chasing headlines — we’re building what’s next. Callaway is committed to accelerating America’s clean energy future in a way that’s practical, scalable, and inclusive. Our work creates jobs, powers homes, and supports the transition to a more sustainable grid — all while keeping local people and places at the center.
